I moved here three years ago and my wedding ring, and another ring needed some mending. Schmidt's was very helpful and never pressured me to buy anything, although I love to look! My rings were fixed in a timely manner and turned out beautifully. I love that cleanings are complimentary and they care about the quality of workmanship over sales. The next time I am in the market for a peice of jewelry I'll definately go to Schmidt's!

This is my first time ever posting a review online, but my experience here made me have to come online and find a place to give my thanks. When I walked in, I was greeted right away by one of the most friendly people I have ever met. I am completely inexperienced about jewelry, and had to purchase a setting for an engagement ring. Due to some unforseen circumstances, I needed to order a setting and have it set in just 1 day. Every jeweler in town wouldn't give me the time of day, and acted like I was throwing an unbearable burden on them by even asking if my request was possible. Brenda not only helped me out and was able to overnight ship the needed crown and then set the ring the next day, but did so with a smile. She helped me find something in my price range with absolutely no pressure, and created a beautiful ring. I will be going back to Schmidt's Jewelry for the rest of my jewelry needs, the service was beyond outstanding, as was the price compared to big national jewelry retailers.
